PrivateMind is a private AI platform: open-weight models running on GPUs the operator owns, one Rust gateway in front of every model call, and one database per customer organization. No prompt, document, or completion ever goes to a third-party API.

This blog is where the team building it writes about the work. Design decisions with the tradeoffs attached, field notes from production, and announcements when there is something worth announcing. If a decision can't survive being written up in public, we change the decision.
